Fairview Health Services Occupational Therapist, Rehab Services, Full Time in Hibbing, Minnesota

Fairview Range is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our Rehab Services team in Hibbing, MN!

We provide outpatient, inpatient, and Job Care occupational therapy services. We serve both adults and pediatrics. We have a comprehensive, collaborative Rehab Services care team with several specialty areas including orthopedics and sports medicine, pediatrics, cancer rehab, lymphedema care, pelvic health, vestibular, spine care, dry needling, TMD, LSVT and BFR. We strive to provide the most evidence-guided yet individualized care to all our patients and work closely with the entire care team to ensure each patient has a positive outcome. 

Schedule: This position will work 80 hours per two weeks. The shift length will be 8-hours on the day shift. Weekends: As needed.

As an Occupational Therapist you will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with the patient and family while performing the Evaluation/Re-evaluation.

  • Developing an individualized plan of care through collaboration with the patient and family.

  • Partnering with patients and families to provide skilled intervention.

  • Implementing and modifying plan of care based on reassessment and patient response.

  • Completing documentation in a timely manner per department standards.

  • Coordinating care and communicating effectively with interdisciplinary teams for all aspects of patient care.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy

  • Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of Minnesota or temporary License in the state of Minnesota

  • BLS Certification

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in occupational therapy

  • Certification with the National Board for Certified Occupational Therapy

  • One to three years of experience

  • Experience with both pediatrics and adults.
