Program Support Professional II Schedule / Availability:
Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 9:00 pm
Shifts are assigned within this time frame
(35 hours per week)
Compensation: $18.50 per hour
This employee will be given a company vehicle for work-related, and personal use OR a $100 monthly stipend
*This is a float position and will be required to work throughout the Twin Cities metro area.
In this role you’ll be making a difference by:
Supporting individuals with daily needs including personal cares
Work within several different programs (1:1 In-Home and Respite)
Train new staff as needed
Administer medications
Cook and help with housework
Provide constant supervision
Transport individuals to appointments and community events using personal vehicle
To be considered for position with us, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age or older.
Carry a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and have daily access to a reliable vehicle
Hold an acceptable driving record
Possess strong English communication skills
Be able to participate in water activities (pool, waterslides, hot tub, etc.)
Be able to pass a Department of Human Services and nationwide criminal background check
Professional or personal experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
