Position Description: IASC/EARLY EDge (formerly Invest Early) is seeking a passionate and dedicated Family Support and Healthcare Navigator to join our team. The Family Support and Healthcare Navigator will play a vital role in ensuring that families receive the support and resources they need to promote the well-being of their children. This position will involve coordinating programming with elementary and Full Service Community Schools programming to provide seamless transitions and comprehensive services for families.
