Saint-Gobain Maintenance Technician in FARIBAULT, Minnesota

Hours: 6pm-6am, 4 days per week
Hourly Range: $25.00-$30.00 per hour. Night shift differential of 25% of hourly rate
What’s the job?
Daily troubleshooting of equipment used to manufacture electrochromic glass. Make repairs and improvements to increase equipment uptime.
Perform basic machining, welding, plumbing, sheet metal, painting, and fabrication work.
Perform, Audit and Verity LockOut Tagout-Try Out Procedures
Maintain paper and electronic files of equipment manuals, schematics, and other documentation.
Support predictive maintenance tasks such as gauge calibration, oil samples for analysis, acoustical and vibration testing.
Nominal travel, only for a training or tour.
What do you bring?
2-year associates degree in machine maintenance or related filed preferred.
Minimum of 2 years industrial maintenance and troubleshooting experience required.
Knowledge and experience with equipment Lock Out- Tag Out and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
Excellent troubleshooting and repair skills based in Root Cause Analysis.
Familiar with industrial drive and motion systems, robots, pumps, fans, washers, filter units, and glass handling equipment.
Ability to thrive in a team environment.
