Aurora offers a full continuum of care including Transitional Care, Enhanced Care and Assisted Living/Memory Care. The Registered Dietician is responsible for assessment, review & documentation for resident’s nutritional status. Assists in menu development. Preceptor for students. Assists in Policy & Procedure updates and development. Responsible for completion of MDS, CAA and Care Plans for residents as designated. Attends Stand-Up, Wound Round and TCU Rounds. Audits care plans and kitchen cleanliness. Attends Care Conferences for those residents at Nutritional Risks.

Responsibilities/Job Description
Meets resident's nutrition needs
Follows residents in TCU and those that are more clinically complex which include residents with Tube Feedings, Dialysis, weight loss and wounds
Completes dietary section of the weekly Medicare assessment for designated residents
Menu Development
Kitchen Audits
Care Plan Audits
Preceptor for Students
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree: List – Nutrition or Related Field; Required
Registered Dietician/Licensed Dietician ; Required
1-3 Years Experience; Required
Ability to use technology in the form of computer data entry and ability to navigate designated software program as well as hand held devices, work cell phones, printers and copy machines; Required
