Optum Services, Inc. Sr. Technical Product Manager in Eden Prairie, Minnesota
Drive delivery of the product ecosystem roadmap to enhance products and features that improve the customer s overall experience, with a focus on improving quality of care delivery; Represent the voice of the customer while collaborating with the broader technology team in prioritizing efforts; Own specific deliverables to take the product from ideation through implementation and governance approvals; Engage with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership to ensure buy-in of priorities and maximize overall value of product; Define and communicate customer personas, journey maps and respective business and product needs; Define High Level Requirements across a Matrixed Organization; Utilize influencing skills to build a collaborative culture and foster relationships with both internal and external strategic partners; Perform analysis on user needs, marketing insights, competitive intelligence, business needs and trends in the provider market to inform decision-making and product strategy; Drive third-party product evaluation to inform decision making and product strategy; Manage, support, and grow the product ecosystem in partnership with the broader product management team; Ensure solutions are delivered according to plan, including identifying and resolving risks and issues.
