HelpSystems LLC Sales Manager - West in Eden Prairie, Minnesota

Problem Solvers. Proactive Protectors. Relentless Allies. Ready to join us? Let's get started. Manages and oversees the day-to-day operations of the administration side of the Sales Department. Oversees the effective training and mentoring of employees in regard to appropriate ideas and concepts for selling our products. WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Works closely with sales staff with solving problems and answering questions that they might have.
  • Handles any escalated phone calls, complaints, and other situations in which a manager has been requested or is needed.
  • Reviews various reports that relate to company sales, staff, productivity, etc.
  • Answers questions from financial representatives in regard to Company products.
  • Travels to various regions upon request to give regional presentations on whatever topic(s) have been requested. Holds webinars on various sales topics for different districts and regions.
  • Evaluates various processes and procedures to see if there are any instances within those realms that may be streamlined to increase efficiencies and quality of work.
  • Assists with the development and review of policies and procedures for company products.
  • Attends various conference calls to assist with sales.
  • Attends various webinars, conference calls, and conferences throughout the year to keep up to date on product and industry trends, changes in rules and regulations, sales ideas and concepts, and administration processing.
  • Trains, motivates and develops staff in order to meet the current and future needs of the department and the company. Challenges others to develop as leaders, while serving as a role model and mentor.
  • Maintains discipline, resolves problems, determines performance, and recommends promotions, transfers or dismissals.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience selling software/technology solutions
  • 10+ years of experience with sales
  • 5+ years of experience leading employees/a sales team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and negotiate with emphasis on closing the sale
