Body Shop Administrative Assistant East Bethel, MN, USA Req #552 Tuesday, September 10, 2024 This Administrative Assistant facilitates all necessary administrative functions for internal and customer efforts at our East Bethel Body Shop. Job Duties and Responsibilities Ensures repair orders, warranty documents and financial record keeping tasks are completed timely per requirements and overall dealership objectives are met. Answers calls in the Body Shop. Make appointments and provides accurate estimates. Coordinates communication with customers and insurance companies and ensures expectations are met. Ensures all parts purchases and charges are timely and accurate. Develops successful working relationships with customers for long term satisfaction and dealer growth and profitability. Reports all necessary information to Body Shop Manager. Works directly with insurance companies in order to provide updates and billing information. Posts credits and creates PO's. Follows up on unpaid claims. All other duties as required. Skill, Qualifications and Requirements of the Position Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information in English. Two years of experience in a general office position preferred. Strong computer and software skills including MS Word and Excel. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
