Role Summary The Sr. Verification Analyst is a key member of our customer onboarding team and is responsible for conducting due diligence investigations and reviews of customs who wish to access Thomson Reuters Westlaw Public Records and CLEAR online solutions. The credentialing team is accountable for completing credentialing activities in accordance with company policies and procedures to validate customer information, including product use case and permissible use, and then enabling the appropriate level of access. The ideal team member can execute defined processes to thoroughly evaluate potential and actual customers through critical analysis and creative thinking. This person is comfortable partnering with the team and other areas of the business to efficiently and effectively complete responsibilities while looking for process improvement opportunities to delivering a positive experience for our customers. This means identifying common delays in the process and digging in to find out the root cause of those delays. A successful candidate can execute defined processes to thoroughly evaluate deals through critical analysis and creative thinking. This candidate is comfortable partnering and communicating with the team and internal cross-functional partners to efficiently and effectively complete responsibilities of the role. This candidate is highly detailed, a critical thinker, and is comfortable offering analysis- based recommendations. Must be a team player and possess a collaborative mindset. About the Role In this opportunity as Sr. Verification Analyst, you will: Conduct customer due diligence reviews in accordance with standard business processes, including scheduled customer recredentialing activities Handle customer enablement in a timely manner Maintain standards of quality and productivity for all transactions as determined by area audit processes Act as a business resource to internal customers addressing routine and non-standard issues ensuring credentialing guidelines and business needs are met Support the ongoing evolution and execution of the overall customer credentialing program Attend and apply ongoing training to further develop knowledge, skills and abilities Generate and retrieve data for reporting purposes as requested Assist with projects as needed and other duties as assigned About you You're a fit for the role of Sr. Verification Analyst if you: Have a minimum of an Juris Doctorate Degree; Bachelor's Degree (preferred) Legal Experience (Preferred) Have excellent attention to detail and organizational ability Are a critical thinker with the ability to provide analysis-based recommendations Have clear and effective communication skills (written and verbal) focused on excellent customer service Have the ability to meet deadlines under pressure Excellent PC skills and familiarity with Microsoft 365 and secure cloud services (including SharePoint and Teams), SAP, and Salesforce preferred; Have the ability to establish and maintain productive internal business relationships Have a high level of initiative and ability to perform in a fast-paced, matrix environment Are excited about innovation Have prior experience in a customer service or order management role (preferred) Have prior experience with SAP (preferred) Have experience with policy and process reviews, development and implementation (preferred) #LI-PK1 What's in it For You?
