Senior Technical Business Analyst IDR is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst for one of our top Healthcare clients in Rochester, MN. Responsibilities of the Senior Technical Business Analyst: * Collaborate with stakeholders to document business and system requirements, translating them into technical specifications and acceptance criteria. * Apply systems engineering methodologies for cost, benefit, and risk analysis, and manage scope and schedules throughout the product lifecycle. * Translate solution architectures into technical specifications for integration into engineering and operational workflows, and coordinate deployment of deliverables. * Understand and communicate product strategies, stay updated on emerging technologies, and ensure alignment with business objectives and Agile methodologies. * Lead implementation for Zscaler and IT infrastructure. Required Skills for the Senior Technical Business Analyst: * 4+ years of experience working as a Technical IT Business Analyst * 4+ years of experience with ZScaler Implementation (Internet Access, VPN, Remote Access, Zero trust Equinix Implementation * Strong prior experience work on IT infrastructure implementation projects (SDWAN experience) * Strong experience utilizing Azure DevOps * Previous experience working in a hospital/medical setting that is 24x7 patient care is preferred.
