Kelly is currently seeking an IT Recruiter specializing in Data Analyst and similar roles for a Leading Healthcare Client. This role requires an understanding of IT, though you don't need to be an expert. This is a hybrid position with expectations of being in the office two (2) days a week and remote on Fridays.

Great opportunity with an excellent healthcare client
Pay: $30-48/hour depending on experience
M-F 8am to 5pm
On-site two days a week, remote work on Friday
Temporary (with the possibility of extension or permanent hire)
Role Overview: The Recruiter will consult with internal business groups and provide full life cycle recruiting to find, attract, and hire diverse, innovative talent for the company while delivering a "best in class" recruiting experience. We strive to provide excellent experiences not only for the candidates going through our process but also for the managers we support.
Responsibilities:
Actively influence and advise hiring managers by applying organizational knowledge and labor market expertise to staffing decisions.
Utilize advanced sourcing skills to identify and attract diverse talent for open roles.
Champion diversity efforts by engaging with internal and external groups to ensure diverse candidate slates and coaching hiring managers to eliminate bias in hiring decisions.
Advocate for candidates, encouraging managers to prioritize values and transferable skills.
Translate business needs into a sourcing strategy that meets current requirements and drives the creation of targeted talent pipelines for future needs, ensuring diverse candidate pools.
Conduct initial candidate interviews, providing a positive experience and thorough assessment.
Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in recruiting, with a strong focus on sourcing and attracting diverse talent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Ability to influence and coach hiring managers through the recruitment process.
Strong understanding of labor markets and organizational needs.
Commitment to championing diversity and eliminating bias in hiring decisions.
Proficiency in conducting initial candidate interviews and assessments.
Preferred:
Experience recruiting for a variety of corporate positions including, Product roles, Data & Analytics.
Experience with Workday (not required, but helpful).
