Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Eagan, Minnesota

Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative II in Eagan, Minnesota. This role will primarily involve interfacing with customers to provide necessary information and resolve any complaints or inquiries they may have about the services we offer. The candidate will be tasked with maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, and will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced work setting.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services.

• Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner.

• Perform tasks such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills as needed to resolve customer service or billing complaints.

• Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.

• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.

• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments as well as actions taken.

• Use computer applications such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for documentation and record keeping.

• Work independently and manage one's time effectively to ensure all customer inquiries are handled promptly.

• Use strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members.

• Utilize interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service. Requirements • Proven experience in Customer Service roles

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint

• Familiarity with the 'About Time' software

• Experience in Billing and Merchandising processes

• Knowledge of Claim Administration

• Ability to make necessary Adjustments based on customer feedback

• Experience in handling Complaints and resolving customer issues

• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and ability to communicate effectively

• Strong Written Communication skills

• Ability to Resolve Customer Complaints in a timely and effective manner

• Proficiency in various Computer Programs

• Must be able to demonstrate professionalism and courtesy at all times

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must have a commitment to learn and grow within the role.
