Description We are offering a contract-to-hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative II based in Eagan, Minnesota, United States. This role is within the Customer Service industry and will involve managing customer inquiries, maintaining customer records, and processing customer applications.

Responsibilities:

• Address customer complaints regarding services or billing, ensuring they are handled efficiently and satisfactorily.

• Engage with customers to answer their inquiries or inform them about investigation results and any planned adjustments.

• Direct unresolved customer complaints for further investigation to the designated departments.

• Keep detailed records of customer interactions, including the nature of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.

• Utilize computer applications such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for maintaining customer records and other relevant tasks.

• Act independently to manage your time and tasks effectively.

• Document and record customer/client information with high accuracy.

• Use your strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service.

• Utilize your customer service skills to resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Leverage your experience with billing, merchandising, and claim administration to provide comprehensive customer service. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service roles

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint

• Familiarity with 'About Time' software

• Understanding of billing procedures

• Knowledge of merchandising principles

• Experience in claim administration

• Ability to make necessary adjustments in processes or operations

• Handling of complaints and ability to resolve customer complaints effectively

• Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills

• Capability to work with various computer programs

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet

• Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems

• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
