About the Role As a Client Relationship Representative, you will be instrumental in managing and strategically renewing print contracts within your designated territory. Working collaboratively with your sales reps, you will aim to improve account retention, capitalize on business development opportunities, and ensure the delivery of top-notch service experiences. This role is central to the Legal Print organization under Global Print at Thomson Reuters, with your contributions significantly influencing our revenue growth, client retention, and the maintenance of high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Relationship Management: Implement account plans to strengthen client relationships, broaden our print and digital offerings, and secure client loyalty. Business Development: Explore growth opportunities within your territory, assist in negotiations, and support contract renewals to meet revenue targets and strategic goals. Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, ensuring timely and effective outcomes that build trust and satisfaction. Customer and Market Insight: Participate in market analysis to guide strategic decisions and contribute to product development. Relay market insights to internal teams to inform future services. Reporting: Gather and log all call information, orders, and case activity within our CRM system, correctly and accurately; ensuring proper policy guidelines are met appropriately. About You The ideal candidate for the role of Client Relationship Representative - Print Solutions will possess: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field preferred. At least 2 years of experience in client relationship management or account management, with a demonstrated ability to support growth and retention. Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with clients. A solid understanding of the print and digital landscape, and a readiness to adapt to market changes and client needs. Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite. A dedication to service excellence with a client-first approach. #LI-D2E What's in it For You?
