Salary Range Crisis Response On-call rates: Responding On-Call Rate: $3.25/hour Responding On-Call Late Rate: $3.50/hour (between the hours of 12am-8am) Responding Late Rate: $30.00/hour (between the hours of 12am-8am) Responding On-Call Holiday Rate: $3.50/hour About Us This mission of Canvas Health is to bring hope, healing, and recovery to people's lives. Canvas Health is a non-profit, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) specializing in serving clients who are on Medicaid. Position Summary This position is responsible for providing on-call, in-person social service crisis intervention counseling for families with children ages 0 - 17 years of age. Services are provided for evening, weekend and holiday coverage. May provide initial screening of child protection cases and initial face to face contact to ensure child and family safety and provide information and appropriate referrals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Social Work, Social Services, or related Human Services field Must reside within 60 minutes of Anoka and/or Scott Counties in Minnesota Interested and available to work evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays with flexible hour as well as provide relief coverage when necessary. Preferred Two (2) or more years in child protection, court services, human services or family counseling.
