Description:

Position Summary: · Order entry, invoicing, credit and debit memos · Processing requests for samples, documentation and product information · Internal coordination and support with production, shipping, purchasing and sales - Document filing Duties & Responsibilities: -Enter Orders into ERP system, monitor for timely processing and shipment - Process credits and debit memos when required. - Manages Internal Price Quotes and prepares proposals for Customers. Maintains Price List. - Support and coordinate customer freight delivery work processes within our current freight system
