Client Systems Engineer Job Location US-MN-Center City ID 2024-11561 Status Full Time Shift Day Schedule Mon - Fri Hours of Work 8am to 4:30pm Responsibilities As the Client Systems Engineer you will be responsible for; planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining corporate client system technology resources. This includes hardware, business applications and operating system software. Engineers provide technical support for issues escalated and related to systems they oversee. Engineers provide and/or assist with problem resolution related to systems they integrate with or oversee directly. The role includes administrative, operational, and project management related responsibilities. Responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining client systems for defined areas of responsibility Projects & Project Planning Provide advanced support for customer hardware/software issues to maximize customer productivity. Respond to 2nd & 3rd tier escalations from support analysts and administrators Continually seek and demonstrate knowledge of client technologies and emerging enterprise strategies. This includes maintaining knowledge of current client technologies throughout the organization, as well as evaluating the impact of potential new technologies on existing systems to result in optimum expertise and resources for HBFF. Qualifications Minimum/Essential Qualifications Education, training, licensure, experience, etc. Bachelor's degree in technical field (or equivalent years of education/experience) Recent experience in planning/designing/coordinating a minimum of one medium/large technology deployment project. Understanding of Project Management concept: Agile/waterfall methodologies, with the ability to apply related concepts and techniques Minimum of 5 years of Windows Corporate desktop configuration, installation and deployment experience, including enterprise-level deployments. In-depth knowledge of software distribution systems CompTia A+ (or equivalent experience) One or more of the following: MCTS, MCITP, MCSA, MCSE (or equivalent work experience) Preferred Qualifications Education, training, licensure, experience, etc. Working knowledge of software distribution systems (i.e., ZENWorks, SCCM, SMS, etc.) Project Management Certifications i.e. (PMP),(CAPM) or Agile Scrum Master Certification CompTia Project+ (or equivalent) CompTia Security+ (or equivalent) CompTia Network+ (or equivalent) Overview The Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation is the largest nonprofit addiction recovery organization in the United States.
