Ebenezer is hiring an part-time Registered Nurse/RN role whom would be responsible for ensuring that the safety and health needs of the Long term care center and transitional care unit patients are met. Come join the Ridges Care Center team in beautiful Burnsville, MN.

Ebenezer Ridges Care Center is part of a full continuum of care campus including Transitional Care, Adult Day Programs, Child Care, Long Term Care, Enhanced Care and Assisted Living/Memory Care for seniors. We are located across the street from Fairview Ridges Hospital, conveniently located at the I-35E and I-35W split in Burnsville, MN.

  • Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care Plan

  • Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies

  • RN – Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify as needed

  • Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided

R equired:

  • Current MN RN license or by start date

  • AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers

Preferred:

  • Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems

  • Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN

  • Good written and verbal communication skills to get along with residents, families and physicians or providers

  • Ability to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population
