MAJOR FUNCTION Provides customers with comprehensive information to solve their problems or assist them in making sound decisions and achieve customer satisfaction. Handles customer complaints and provides resolution, brings manager's attention when necessary to ensure that proper and satisfactory service is delivered. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Answering inbound phone calls in a professional and helpful manner. Making outbound phone calls in response to any inquires, questions, or other follow up. Confirms account number, part number & descriptions. Communication to customer on availability, open orders, and ship dates Confirms pricing & availability. Answer customer service inquiries, phones or emails as assigned and meets statistical expectations as set by supervisor (refer to grid). Supports administrative duties on sending and receiving supplier purchase orders. Ability to multi-task issuing credits and rebills according to policy and procedure. Prioritize projects/responsibilities and other duties as assigned. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION: High School diploma or equivalency EXPERIENCE: Entry levels to experienced; Desire a minimum of 2 yearsinbound/outboundcallexperience in a customer service or manufacturing environment KNOWLEDGE & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: High level of attention to detail Previous experience as customer service rep, receptionist, call center agent, data entry clerk, or other similar role Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks Ability to analyze problems and solve work related issues Job involves working in front of computer screen Solid attendance and reliable Accountable, quality driven High level of professionalism and solutions based decisions Team oriented with a solution mentality COMPUTER SKILLS: Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Outlook (Microsoft Suite) Let's create a cleaner future together Clean is changing.Today, cleaning is a key contributor to health and safety, and a new clean is emerging, driven by technology and innovation.
