HealthPartners Senior Human Resources Technology Analyst in Bloomington, Minnesota

HealthPartners is currently hiring for a Senior Analyst, Human Resources Technology. The Senior Analyst plays a pivotal role in enhancing HR operations through leveraging technology to streamline business processes, ensuring alignment with HealthPartners' strategic goals and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. This role is responsible for the strategic configuration, maintenance, and optimization of integrated HR systems (including Oracle Cloud HCM, Cornerstone and SAP) and processes that support effective data management, reporting and administration. The Senior Analyst provides support and direction for a product or specific module(s). Key responsibilities include system changes and enhancements, managing software releases and introducing new functionality, and supporting all aspects of the system(s) including extensions and fast formulas, integrations, and reporting as applicable. As part of an agile product team, this position is accountable for ensuring that the products meet the needs of HR, Leaders and employees and other stakeholders. This position partners closely with Human Resource teams, Payroll, IT, and Data Operations to maintain current system functionality, implement new functionality and ensure data integrity. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with five years of experience with related software applications or 8 or more years of experience with related software applications in lieu of a degree Advanced skills in Microsoft tools (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, etc.) and HR application support Knowledge of and experience with HR reporting Preferred Qualifications: Five years professional experience in Human Resources with HRIS experience or programming and systems analysis Oracle Certification Experience with Oracle HCM SQL knowledge Oracle reporting tool experience (i.e., OTBI, BIP, HCM Extracts, FDI) Knowledge of HR processes Hours/Location: M-F; Days May work in a hybrid capacity but will prefer local candidates for occasional onsite meetings and/or cross-functional work sessions. Accountabilities: (70%) - Participates on Sprint teams and performs tasks associated with the selected sprint back log with direct accountability for completion of tasks in the given time frame and with available resources. As part of each sprint, seeks to understand business and stakeholder requirements and implements the best technical solution. May bring together multiple users to identify and define system requirements. Helps ensure that all stakeholders' needs are being met when practical. (20%) - Responds to escalated Service Now tickets with reported issues, questions, and tasks. Research issues to determine root cause and solutions. Document responses and issue resolution. (5%) - Writes and runs standard and ad hoc data reports. Creates reports, conducts analysis/presentation of targeted data, which will facilitate analysis, interpretation and decision making relative to HR processes, products, and services. Assists in the design and creation of integrations of HR data to internal partners and external vendors. Monitors integrations to ensure they are working and troubleshoots errors or issues. (5%) May develop and maintain process/system documentation, work standards, tip sheets, etc. related to HR systems and supported processes. May also support communication on system upgrades, downtime, and other changes to stakeholders, as necessary. Provides ongoing technical support and may provide training for users. Responsible for fostering strong partnerships with HR, Payroll, IT Enterprise Systems, ERP Operations and Data Operations Stays current on new product features/functionality to manage and support the ongoing and continually changing applications. Actively seeks opportunities to improve HR processes by leveraging the system(s). Follows data integrity and security standards to ensure confidentiality of private HR data. Appropriately communicates security issues and concerns and make recommendatio s to leadership.
