In this role as a Customer Service Rep II, you will use your customer focus, business acumen, and technical aptitude to support field sales, manufacturing plants & external customers. This position will primarily focus on complex order entry and change orders and have a diverse range of responsibilities to support Donaldson Power Generation customers. Role Responsibilities: Processing complex, technical equipment orders from customers and inside Sales and communicating with the plants. Processing and changing complex and technical information on orders as a liaison between customers, sales, and plants in a timely and professional manner. Exhibiting excellent communication, both written & verbal. Being able to problem solve and know when to hand off more complex matters. Showing the ability to retain information and work in a fast paced/high volume environment. Prioritize workload as working in different programs and working with a variety of different groups within the company. Answer phones in a professional and timely manner. Minimum Qualifications: 2 years of professional customer service experience Demonstrated organization skills and data entry accuracy High School Diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications: Associate's degree or higher Previous customer Service experience in Manufacturing or Distribution environment Experience with Oracle and MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook primarily) Ability to adapt and pivot properly, especially in high-pressure situations Demonstrated experience as a proactive problem solver Ability to prioritize and stay on task Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to exercise independent judgment and follow-through on work assigned Excellent computerskills Strong math and mechanical aptitude Ability and interest in working with global team Key words: Customer Service, CSR, Industrial Solutions, order entry #LI-Hybrid Employment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
