Staffmark Administrative Assistant in Bloomington, Minnesota

Pro Staff is excited to find an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the largest food pantry in Bloomington, MN, which provides healthy foods, social services, and financial assistance. If you have a background in office administration, clerical work, invoicing, or management and are a versatile problem-solver, we want to hear from you! Pay: $24 - $26 per hour Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday (Flexible start time) As an Administrative Assistant, you'll support daily operations by handling a variety of tasks, including: Ordering office supplies, sorting and distributing mail, and managing confidential paper recycling Performing data entry, conducting background checks, managing volunteer schedules, and completing compliance paperwork Responding to volunteer inquiries, providing backup at the front desk, greeting visitors, restocking supplies, and answering phones Lifting requirements up to 30 pounds Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years of related office support experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills Experience in processing and reconciling invoices If you meet these qualifications and are ready for a fulfilling role, click 'Apply Now' or download our WorkNOW app to submit your resume.
