We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support their leadership team in this impactful role. Our client prioritizes work-life balance and encourages personal time for well-being. Pay: $22 - $23 per hour Schedule: Monday - Friday Administrative Assistant Responsibilities: Prepare agendas and organize/upload meeting minutes for the Board of Directors. Assemble onboarding materials and monthly packets for the Board. Manage the CEO's calendar, prioritizing, scheduling, and responding to requests. Draft letters and memos for the CEO's correspondence. Coordinate meetings, including planning, scheduling, communication, and note-taking. Handle CEO communications via email and phone. Assist with dashboards, trackers, presentations, travel logistics, and donor packets for the CEO and leadership team. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years of related office support experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Experience processing and reconciling invoices.
