ManpowerGroup Quality Engineering Manager in Benson, Minnesota

Our client, a world-class equipment and services company that manufactures for agriculture and construction worker; is seeking a Quality Engineering Manager to sit onsite in their Benson, MN facility. This would be a direct hire position.

Job Title: Quality Engineering Manager

Location: Benson, MN 56215

Pay Range: $152,550- $211,875 + 15% Bonus

What’s the Job?

  • Facilitate and lead Site Leadership team in setting aggressive Quality goals for new and existing products

  • Assess gaps in capabilities of core Quality Technical skills of the engineers and technicians involved in improvement, build and execute gap closure plans

  • Identify and transfer best practices / regional-global standard work that drives high impact to reducing Customer quality issues, downtime, and profitability

  • Work alongside GPP Quality teams to utilize Advanced Quality Planning skills/methods and Root Cause Problem Solving to accelerate rate of improvement

  • Ability to lead with direct reports onsite

What’s Needed?

  • Undergraduate degree in Engineering or Technology with preference for Graduate Degree in Business

  • Minimum of 8 years experience in industrial manufacturing business

  • Ability and desire to grow into senior leadership roles in Quality, Operations or Engineering with larger scope / accountabilities

  • Experience with High & Low volume, complex products within Automotive, Aerospace, Industrial Machinery Manufacturing

  • Capital equipment experience

**Must be US Citizen or Green Card Holder!
