About the role: Boston Scientific's Human Resource Rotational Development Program (HRDP) is a two-year program consisting of three eight-month rotations within various HR functions. The program is designed to develop HR expertise, enhance business acumen, and prepare participants as future HR leaders at Boston Scientific (BSC). This program provides tailored exposure and learning opportunities aligned with your career goals across several HR functions, including HR Operations, Compensation, Benefits, Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Acquisition, or Talent Management. Participants collaborate with dedicated HR professionals who provide guidance and new perspectives. Work Mode: At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Relocation Assistance: Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time. Key Responsibilities: As part of the Human Resources Development Program at Boston Scientific, you will: Work on meaningful projects that add value to HR teams and the broader business. Discover your passions within HR to help determine the next steps in your career. Collaborate with cross-functional teams of experienced professionals who provide guidance. Develop your skills through stretch assignments and critical business challenges. Receive ongoing coaching and support from leaders across HR functions. Identify your strengths and build a strong foundation for current and future roles. Key activities within an HR function may include: Participate in initiatives supporting the global HR organization to enhance service delivery through process excellence, vendor management, and HR technology. Contribute actively to advancing BSC's diversity and inclusion goals. Support and guide talent management strategies aligned with business objectives. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (or degree in process) in Human Resources or a related field. Previous internship or project-based experience in Human Resources, organizational development, or a related field. Demonstrated leadership through student organizations, academic projects, or work settings. Preferred Qualifications: Proven ability to analyze data, solve problems, take initiative, and communicate effectively. Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to maintain attention to detail. Experience or demonstrated aptitude for quickly learning and adapting to new technologies. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
