Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Description
Employees will start out working as a Brake Press Operator. In this role, they will work side by side with a tenured operator, operating the brake press to make components for the cooling department. The tenured operator will handle all the setups and changeovers initially, with opportunities for the new operator to learn these tasks over time. Employees will also be cross-trained into multiple roles including brazing, turret operation, and other machine operations based on production needs.
Responsibilities
Operate the brake press to produce components for the cooling department.
Work alongside a tenured operator to learn setup and changeover procedures.
Cross-train in various roles including brazing, turret operation, and other machine operations.
Adapt to different work cells based on daily and weekly production flow.
Essential Skills
Mechanical aptitude through previous work experience, schooling, or personal hobbies.
Blueprint reading experience or aptitude.
Strong desire to learn and ability to cross-train.
Team player mentality.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with reading and utilizing blueprints.
Aptitude for machining through prior experience or coursework.
Flexibility to move between different work cells based on business needs.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50
