Shifts Available: 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Pay Rate: $19.00 - $21.25 per hour Job Responsibilities: Learn and perform various functions necessary to support the fabrication team and achieve company objectives. Engage in continuous improvement activities to enhance team performance and meet customer needs. Adhere to all safety procedures, report hazards, and maintain a clean and organized work area. Communicate with team leaders regarding equipment, materials, and documentation issues. Set up production materials and tooling according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain proper dimensions as per specifications. Operate equipment in line with production documentation, manage materials, and ensure all operations meet client quality standards. Use computers to maintain accurate records and inventory, and perform tasks such as grinding, forming (press brake), welding, and spot welding as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred. Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing fabrication experience. Familiarity with manufacturing practices and metal fabrication. Proficiency with welding equipment, resistance spot welders, Tig spot guns, stud welding equipment, press brakes, NC controllers, and material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, lift tables). Ability to use safety equipment, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and protective clothing.
