General Description: The Recruiter will identify and attract top talent, possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and be well-versed in various recruiting strategies. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in finding the right individuals who will contribute to the growth and success of our organization. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and team dynamics. Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to source, attract, and engage a diverse pool of candidates. Utilize various recruiting platforms, social media, job boards, and professional networks to identify potential candidates. Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, promptly addressing inquiries, and guiding candidates through the hiring process. Manage and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruiting techniques to continuously improve the recruitment process. Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice. EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field preferred. Previous equivalent experience will be considered. Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role, with a strong track record of successfully filling positions across various levels and functions. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and proficiency in using recruitment software. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit. Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring. High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Adaptability and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. A proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ ADA ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for typing, filing, and using office equipment. Visual acuity and ability to read small print. Hearing acuity and ability to communicate effectively with others. Ability to lift and move office supplies and equipment. Mobility and ability to move around the office as needed. Possession of a valid driver's license, and the ability to operate a motor vehicle. WORKING CONDITIONS: Minimal risk of exposure to unusual elements. Minimal risk of safety precautions.
