Riverwood HeatlhCare Center Clinical Pharmacist in Aitkin, Minnesota
About the Position: The clinical pharmacist is responsible for performing pharmaceutical care activities that include application of clinical pharmacy principles for all patients. Areas of clinical pharmacy involvement include acute care inpatient, clinic, emergency department, oncology, infusion, surgery, obgyn, and radiology.
